Extremely disappointing stay. The room had serious hygiene and safety issues that should never be present in any hotel.

There was an electric shock coming from the washroom, which is a major safety hazard and could have caused a serious accident. To make matters worse, there was a rat in the room, along with rat droppings found in both the room and the washroom. The cleanliness standards were completely unacceptable.

Additionally, the air conditioning was not working at all, making the room very uncomfortable. Despite raising concerns, the overall experience remained poor.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until these issues are properly addressed. Safety, cleanliness, and basic room maintenance need significant improvement.

Cleaning staff is an professional , when you call them they don’t come at once when you need them they don’t come at any time . Only location is good , things can be manageable , hopefully devil manage their staff more convenient way as people want.

Excellent Experience at 7 Hills Resort, Gwalior

We recently celebrated our son’s birthday party at 7 Hills Resort, Gwalior, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The resort has a beautiful ambiance, spacious setup, and is perfect for family celebrations and special occasions. The decoration, seating arrangements, and overall management were very well organized.

A special thanks to Mr. Mohit, the owner, who is extremely professional, supportive, and polite. He personally ensured that everything went smoothly and made us feel completely stress-free throughout the event.

I would also like to appreciate Ms. Neha Bhadoriya, who manages the operations there. Her coordination, planning, and attention to detail were excellent. She handled everything very efficiently and made sure all our requirements were fulfilled on time.

The food quality was good, the service was prompt, and the staff was courteous and helpful. All our guests were very happy with the arrangements.

Overall, 7 Hills Resort, Gwalior is an excellent venue for birthday parties, family functions, and celebrations. Highly recommended!

We celebrated our son’s birthday at 7 Hills Resort and it was an absolutely wonderful experience.

A big appreciation to the owner Mohit for creating such a beautiful and well-maintained property — everything about the place reflects thoughtful planning and great taste.

The staff was extremely courteous and supportive throughout the event. The food was incredibly tasty, and every guest loved it. The arrangements were perfectly done — from décor to coordination — everything felt smooth, organised and stress-free.

A special shout-out to Neha, who managed everything flawlessly. She was proactive, polite, and very professional — truly excellent at what she does.

Overall, it was a perfect experience and made our celebration very special.
Highly recommended for any kind of function or celebration — must try!

I came here to share the fantastic experience I had during a family outing at this resort. I noticed a few negative reviews online, but honestly, they don’t do justice to the exceptional service and atmosphere this resort offers.

From the moment we arrived, the gorgeous property, spotless rooms, and stunning views welcomed us. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel truly cared for. The food was fresh, flavorful, and simply delicious, while the amenities — from the pool to the lush garden — were top-notch.

As for the price, I believe “good things come with a price,” and this place is worth every penny. The most charming highlight? The beautiful palm trees with natural bird nests, filling the air with the soothing sound of chirping.

In short, this resort is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already eager to return!
